Hey! I’m coach Jackie Thomas. I am also a nurse in the healthcare field, and have worked as a personal support worker (PSW). I am a wife and mom who loves her family.
Sometimes, after a “bad day” at work, I found that I would bring the stress home to my kids and spouse. I was finding it more and more difficult to balance my work stress with my home life. I began dreading my job. I began feeling pain and having difficulty walking. My body began to manifest my wishes: If I couldn’t walk - I couldn’t work.
Has that ever happened to you?
I began looking for solutions; anything to make me feel better again, to love my career again, to reignite my passion again. I found evolved Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). It is a coaching technique where science meets spirit. That approach resonated with me. The work is founded in practices of forgiveness and healing on a cellular level for lasting, true change.
After applying the tools for my own healing, I pursued training to become an NLP coach. These tools gave me my life back. I think they can do the same for you. As a coach, I can help you to:
· rebound, rebuild, and repair from trauma, disease, or stress,
· reclaim your passions,
· love your career and your lives - at the same time.
If you want to skip the physical and emotional pain, the overwhelming burdens of life and head straight for the passion, the purpose, and the path you desire – let’s connect.
If you know me, you’ll know I love:
· reading books about personal development or inspiring biographies! I love a good comeback story, or a hero’s journey!
· traveling to sunshine destinations. I’ll take the heat any day! I’m an adventurous, risk-taking traveler who used to fear water but now loves it!
· laughing until my belly hurts (it does that with so much more ease now!) My husband is usually responsible!
